Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RightSutra, a software-as-a-service platform operated by SailRight Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate business information during signup.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RightSutra for any unlawful purpose, to store illegal content, to reverse-engineer the platform, or to disrupt the service for other tenants.

3. Subscription & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary outages.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail to pay, or are inactive for an extended period. We will give reasonable notice before permanent deletion.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the courts of Mumbai.
