SailRight Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“SailRight”, “we”) operates the RightSutra platform. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle your data.

1. Data we collect

When you sign up or use RightSutra, we collect your name, email, phone number, business details, and the operational data (orders, invoices, inventory, staff, customers) that you choose to store in the platform. Payment information is handled by our payment processor (Razorpay) and never stored on our servers.

2. How we use it

We use your data to deliver the service you subscribed to, communicate with you about your account, improve the product, and comply with Indian tax and accounting law. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data residency

Production data is stored on servers located in India. Backups are encrypted at rest and retained for disaster recovery only.

4. Your rights

You can request an export of all your data at any time from Settings → Export Data. You can request deletion by contacting us at the email below; deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
