Refund Policy

This page describes when RightSutra subscription fees are refundable and how to request a refund.

1. Trial period

Every new tenant receives a free trial with full access to the features of the chosen plan. No payment is required during the trial, so no refund is needed if you decide not to continue.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing; your account remains active until the end of the paid period.

3. Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days if the service has a defect that prevents normal use and cannot be resolved. After 30 days, annual fees are non-refundable.

4. How to request a refund

Email billing@sailrighttech.com with your tenant name, subdomain, and the reason for the refund. We will respond within 3 business days.

5. Disputes

If we cannot reach an agreement, the dispute resolution clause in the Terms of Service applies.
